The Phoenix boys' soccer team is sending a message: it has no intention of giving up the Skyline Conference soccer crown.

The Pirates are 4-0 in Skyline play, including three wins in four days this week. PHS closed the week with a 3-0 win at North Valley on Thursday, a day after blanking Mazama 6-0 in Klamath Falls on Wednesday.

Victor Martinez and Caden Gallegos have been supplied the majority of the offense, with plenty of support from the likes of set-up men Yahir Valdovinos and Jorgie Mejia. PHS has outscored opponents 20-1 as Tucker Speaks and the rest of the defense have turned ball nearly everything that has come their way.

PHS returns to action on March 18 when it will host Klamath Union in a 6:30 pm game at Jack Woodward Stadium on the campus of Phoenix High School. Spectators will be limited to family members of Phoenix players. The game will be live-streamed at www.tablerocksports.net
