Klamath Union paid back Phoenix for an earlier loss, defeating the Pirates in four sets in a Skyline Conference volleyball match in Klamath Falls on Tuesday night.
After splitting the first two sets (losing 25-11 and winning 25-21), Phoenix dropped a pair of close contests (25-23, 25-21). The setback leaves Phoenix tied with KU at 3-5 in league play. The Pirates are 7-15 overall heading into a home conference match against Hidden Valley on Thursday night.
