Emily Celner joined Phoenix High School in the winter of 2018 as our Athletic Trainer (AT). She is certified as an ATC with the Board of Certification (BOC) and registered with the State of Oregon Health Licensing Office as an Athletic Trainer. Emily graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training in 2005 and North Dakota State University with a Master of Science degree in Sport and Recreation Management in 2007. Throughout her career she was worked in a variety of settings including high schools, collegiate, military and clinical. When she’s not working she can be found running and mountain biking.
