Free sports physicals for student-athletes will be provided on Saturday, August 10 from 9 am to 1 pm. Locations include the South Medford High School commons (1551 Cunningham Avenue, Medford) and Providence Medical Group in Eagle Point (1332 S. Shasta Avenue).

OSAA-required forms will be available at both sites but must be signed by parents. Student-athletes are required to have a sports physical every two years.

Student-athletes should be dressed in shorts and t-shirt for the physical.
