Several Phoenix High School student-athletes earned All-Skyline Conference basketball honors for their efforts during the 2022 season. 

Miguel Valadez was a first-team selection. The lefthanded playmaker led the Pirates in scoring and assists as Phoenix finished 10-14 overall and 5-5 in the conference. Teammate Julius Bolstad was the top rebounder a junior and second in scoring. Bolstad was a second-team Skyline honoree. 

Junior guard Jenner Selden was named to the all-defensive team while senior Jack Monroe and sophomore Robin Trenbeath was honorable mention selections.

The Pirate girls had a second-team selection Annabell Delgado. The sophomore guard paced the team in scoring and assists. Morgan James earned a spot on the all-defensive team and was a honorable mention choice. 

Phoenix finished 8-15 overall and 2-8 in conference play, losing a number of close games during the season.
