Phoenix High School and Talent Middle School student-athletes have an opportunity to receive a free sports physical on three different dates in the near future.

Saturday, August 6 @ South Medford High School, 9 am-1 pm

Thursday, August 11 @ Phoenix Elementary School, 10 am-2 pm

Tuesday, August 16 @ Phoenix Elementary School, noon-4 pm

A valid athletic physical (every two years) is required for participation in sports at both schools.
