Roland Hartley
A 1952 graduate of Talent High School, Rolly was a varsity athlete in football, basketball, baseball and track. He was named a Jackson County B League All-Star twice and was MVP of the Southern Oregon College High School Tournament for two years. He played basketball and baseball at Southern Oregon College for a year before heading to George Fox College where he was a three-time Metropolitan College All-Conference selection. He set the career scoring record at George Fox and was the president of the school's association student body.
