The Phoenix boys' basketball team continued its search for an offensive spark on Tuesday night.
Unfortunately, the Pirates weren't able to find one in a 54-30 Skyline Conference loss at Mazama.
Phoenix trailed 23-17 at halftime before being outscored 31-13 over the final two quarters. Ethan Hutsell scored eight points to lead Phoenix, which dropped to 0-3 in conference play and 9-8 overall.
The Pirates return to action on Friday at Klamath Union.
