The Phoenix volleyball team found itself in a familar spot on Tuesday night.
The Pirates split the first two sets at Henley before falling in the third and fourth sets of a Skyline Conference setback in Klamath Falls. Final scores were 25-18, 2325, 25-22 and 25-16 for the host Hornets.
Josie Bolstad and Delani Parent both had eight kills on the night while Rae Goff added 18 digs for the Pirates, who are 2-4 in Skyline play. The Pirates return to action Thursday, hosting Mazama.
