At the January 18 All-Skyline Meet in Grants Pass, over half of the Phoenix High School swimmers hit new PR's and several tried new events for the first time. As a team, the boys were 4th and girls were 5th.
PHS champions were Nate Wood (1st - 100 Breast) and the girls 400 free relay (Heidi Taylor, Claire Mathewson, Sophie Stubblefield, Pearl Ward) also took first place.
Pirates scoring were: Heidi Taylor (4th - 100 Back and 200 Free), Sophie Stubblefield (2nd - 200 Free & 5th- 100 Breast), Zyan Shull-Bain (4th- 100 Back), Elwood Hosking (5th - 200 Free), Derrick Graham (4th- 200 Free), Jackson Fries (6th- 100 Breast), Ford Fogleman (2nd- 500 Free & 6th- 100 Fly) and Tyler Clark (6th- 50 Free)
