The Phoenix track and field teams are growing…in various ways.
After dealing with a myriad of obstacles over the past two years (mainly the Almeda Fires and Covid), the Pirates are in the midst of an impressive season. They’re getting comfortable in their new home at Jack Woodward Stadium and posting excellent results in a variety of high-caliber meets around the state.
Ahead is the opportunity truly christen the new facility, which will host a Skyline Conference meet, a pair of middle school meets, The Phoenix Invitational and the Skyline Conference Championships in the days and weeks ahead.
